Heart Daisies and its prevention /we need to protect the present and Future Generation against Heart Daisies Through awareness and prevention.






























According to the World Bank Report the average life expectancy is only sixty six years. In Pakistan 30 to 40% of all Deaths or due to Heart Daisies. Coronary Hear Daisies (CHD) is the most common type of Heart Daisies and cause of Heart attacks. The inner walls of the arteries of the Hear which narrows the arteries and reduces the blood flow to the Heart Pakistan population has one of the highest risk of coronary heart daisies in the world. The (CHD) deaths in Pakistan have reached about the Two Million per year. There risk seriously understands infect the heart daisies is actually the number One killer in Pakistan. 

Causes of Heart Attacks.
Lack of expertise and smoking, lack of awareness about life style, food habits, body weight and lack of exercise and deep sleeps in major reasons behind the increase in cardiovascular daisies (CVD).
In our country the major risk factor are also used of tobacco, alcohol, high cholesterol .High Blood Pressure, and Obesity diabetes, physical in activity, stress, hypertension and UN healthy diets Like Fast food. Cold drinks, use of restaurants foods, sedentary life style, lack of sleep.
Other risk factors  liked to hear daisies are tooth loss, gum daisies synthetic oil, high salty intake, skipping breakfast, eating very late in night, fasting  than normal heart rate (TEACHYCARD) and make pattern of  baldness(Complete loss of hair on the top  of Head) urbanization (Poverty and lack of awareness)  
How to Protect From Hear Daisies.
It is need of the time to get active as even 30 minutes moderate intensity  activity five days in a week reduces the risk of Heart attack or Hear daisies and stroke physical activity does not mean exercise  other activities like doing house hold spending the day gardening or cleaning , play out door/ Indoor   games  with the children like Cricket , Football , Hockey, Wally Ball , swimming , Badminton, Squish , taking stairs, Cycling  for work etc. can benefit able like that of  activities.
 Being active is beneficial to your Blood Pressure, Blood Lipid Levels, Blood Glucose Levels, Blood Clotting factors the Health of Blood vessels and inflammation people need to change our life style than past.  Then we should save our life properly better health with better life.
